When you miss home, you can always take a bite with you.

Alex and Nick were missing the warmth of The Bahamas and what better way to help bring home to Vancouver than by baking a warm, buttery Johnny cake. This tasty bread is traditionally made on a large scale, which is not very practical to take on the go. So Alex decided to make them bite-sized so they would be easy to carry and share with friends. 

We are a premium, small-batch bakery specializing in authentic Bahamian Johnny Cakes, bringing Bahamian comfort food to the Canadian market.
